Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect on aquorastudio.com, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have. We collect only what we need to run the site, answer your messages and contact businesses about our services.
01
Who we are
Aquora Studio is a design, development and automation studio based in Lviv, Ukraine, run by its owners, Andrew Liubka and Pavlo Lutso. For any question about your personal data, write to hello@aquorastudio.com.
02
What data we collect
Data you give us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email, what you need, your project stage, your timeline, and a link if you add one. We also keep the emails and messages you send us by email or Telegram. If you become a client, we also keep your business contact details, project correspondence and the billing details we need for contracts and invoices.
Data collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or session recording, and we do not build visitor profiles.
When we contact your business first. We may reach out to companies using business contact details they have published themselves, such as a company website, a business directory or a maps listing. We keep the company name, the contact person's name and work email, and the public source we found them in. Reply "unsubscribe" or write to hello@aquorastudio.com and we stop at once.
03
Why we use it
- to answer your message and prepare a proposal if you ask for one;
- to carry out a project, sign contracts and issue invoices, if you become a client;
- to contact businesses about services that may be relevant to them;
- to keep the site secure and working.
04
Legal basis
We use your messages and form data to answer your request and, if we work together, to carry out our contract. We keep contracts and invoices because the law requires us to. We use hosting data to keep the site secure, and we contact businesses first, both on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can object to this at any time. If we ever ask for your consent to something else, you can withdraw it at any time. We do not make decisions about you using only automated processing.
05
Who has access
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a few services that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and protection from abuse.
- Google Workspace: our email, including messages from the contact form, and our documents.
- Telegram: if you choose to write to us there.
- Notion: our records of leads and clients.
- Smartlead: sending our outreach emails.
Only people at Aquora Studio who need your data to answer you or do the work can see it. Some of these services store data outside Ukraine and the EU, including in the United States, under their standard data protection terms.
06
Cookies
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept or reject. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots, and the site may keep a small flag in your browser session so the intro animation does not replay. Both disappear when you close the tab or clear your browser data.
07
How long we keep it
We keep messages and form requests for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. Outreach contacts are kept for 12 months after our last message if you do not reply. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never write to you again. Contracts, invoices and related correspondence are kept for as long as Ukrainian tax and accounting law requires, at least 3 years. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a few days.
08
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- show you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data or withdraw your consent;
- limit or stop how we use your data, including contacting you.
To use your rights, write to hello@aquorastudio.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm who you are first. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the data protection authority in your country. We would rather hear from you first and put it right.
09
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10
Data security
The site runs over HTTPS only, access to client data is limited to the people working on the project, and we use trusted services. No transfer over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
11
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, and the date of the last update is at the top.
