A Telegram bot that says “I don’t know” when it doesn’t.
The brief
A regular chatbot answers with confidence even when it has no idea. For a business that’s worse than no bot at all: one made-up price or policy, and trust is gone.
Approach
We built the bot around one rule: it may only say what the company’s documents say. Everything else is a polite “I’m not sure”, or a handover to a person.

Answers from your documents only.
The bot searches the company’s own materials, by meaning and by keywords.

A confidence threshold.
An answer scored 95 goes through. An answer scored 40 is blocked.

A gatekeeper before the AI.
Off-topic requests are cut before any paid request, so strangers cost nothing.

No duplicates.
Uploading the same document again adds nothing new: 18 chunks in, 0 new ones.
