The brief
Regular email tools keep sending follow-ups even after a person has replied. That’s the fastest way to ruin a warm contact.
Approach
We built the sequence around listening, not sending. The system writes and sends, but its most important job is to read the inbox and know when to stop.
The live launch found 5 bugs that tests never showed. The funniest: AI added “Re:” to a subject line as a copywriting trick, and the system started reading its own email as the client’s reply. We fixed it, and it’s why we test on real data.
