The brief
In Lviv, good flats from owners are gone within hours, and around 95% of fresh listings are from agents or are fakes. Checking by hand means always being too late.
Approach
We built a monitor, not a search. It checks constantly, throws away the noise and only speaks up when there’s something worth a call.
Swap flats for anything that changes: competitor prices, new tenders, stock levels.
