A lead list that already has a reason to buy.

The brief
We needed a steady flow of businesses that really need a new site or an automation, not a random list. Most lead lists are just names and phone numbers. They tell you nothing about who has money or who has a problem.
Approach
We defined the ideal lead first: someone who pays for ads, so the money is there, but has a weak site, so the pain is there. That killed Google Maps as a source. Anyone can be listed there, with no sign they have a budget.
So we went to the Facebook Ad Library instead.
Everyone in it is spending money right now.
What we built:
- 01 / 05
Advertisers, not random businesses.
The system reads the data the Ad Library page receives from the server, not what’s on screen, so every brand is matched to the right site.
- 02 / 05
An automatic site audit.
Every site gets a grade: A, B or C. The weaker the site, the hotter the lead.
- 03 / 05
Emails bots can’t usually see.
Many sites hide their email from scrapers. The system decodes them.
- 04 / 05
One clean base.
Deduplication and a CRM, so nobody gets contacted twice.
- 05 / 05
Dead sites as the best signal.
A site that doesn’t open means someone is paying for ads that lead nowhere. Those leads go to the top.
Result:
1,016 leads on the first run
3,208 active leads in the base
A working email found for 60% of sites
Tools: Node.js, n8n, Claude, SQLite, Notion
