The brief

A developer is preparing to launch a new residential complex. The building isn't finished, so there's nothing to visit yet. The site has to make people want to live there anyway, and it has to look as premium as the apartments will.

Approach

This was the hardest kind of project: no finished product to photograph, no reviews, and a buyer who will spend years of savings. Most real estate sites answer that with long lists of features. We went the other way.

We sold the feeling first and the facts second. Big editorial type, a few strong images, and copy cut down until every line could be read in a single breath. Short words were the hardest part to get right.

What we built:

  1. 01 / 05

    A headline people feel.

"Feel serene living" runs across the city skyline in huge type, layered over the building itself.

  2. 02 / 05

    A magazine layout.

Address, launch date and the promise sit in small editorial blocks around the hero, like the cover of an architecture magazine.

  3. 03 / 05

    Video in the first screen.

One play button in the middle of the page, for people who want to see the place before they read about it.

  4. 04 / 05

    Three doors, no more.

Gallery, Apartments, Contact. A buyer never has to think about where to go next.

  5. 05 / 05

    Film grain and warm light.

Golden-hour photography and a grain texture make a render-heavy project feel real.
